People who hurt or that don't give the basics needs for their children are horrible.
I read in yahoo.co.uk that one MONSTER let her little girl die of starvation.
So please try to identify BAD parents!
It's easy , just watch their kids:

1. They often get bruises , scars or burn marks
   
2. In extreme cases their faces get deformed
3. they don't have the right weight
4. they are always hungry
5. they get broken parts and tell stories like: I fell down the stairs
6. they won't say the truth because their parents have menaced them, even though some of their excuses don't match with their injuries
7. they don't have the appropriate clothes for the season: if it's winter they don't have scarfs or coats
8. Their parents are usually drug addicts, alcoholics, and hot-tempered
   
9. In the case you married a woman/man and your children get hurt while the stepparent was there talk to the children and try to find out if the stepparent hurt them, I know these may sound ridiculous but there are cases in which the stepparents hurt their couple's children because of jealousy or other reasons

I got all this clues for identifying by reading a chapter from one of my parents' medicine books, that is about those poor children.
